Trillium is seeking a Tax Reviewer in Wilmington, DE for a direct-hire opportunity. The role requires reviewing complex individual, partnership, fiduciary, estate, and trust returns, performing tax research, and advising clients and staff to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• CPA certification and/or Enrolled Agent license is required.
• 3-5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns in a public accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual, partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corporation, fiduciary, trust, and estate tax returns.
• Perform tax research and provide planning recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
• Review and mentor the work of Tax Accountants and Senior Tax Accountants.
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and financial advisors.
• Assist with client relationship management and business development activities.
