Responsibilities

• Review individual and business tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare tax returns as needed.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate filings.
• Review bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
• Provide accounting insights and recommendations to clients.
• Communicate with clients to gather required financial information.
• Address client inquiries and explain tax and financial matters clearly.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure a smooth engagement process.
• Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Review and Preparation

• Review individual and business tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Prepare tax returns as needed
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and up-to-date filings

Accounting Services

• Review bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records
• Provide accounting insights and recommendations to clients

Client Interaction

• Communicate with clients to gather required financial information
• Address client inquiries and explain tax and financial matters clearly and professionally
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure a smooth engagement process

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards
• Prepare and review financial reports for internal and client use in a timely manner
