You will assist in training and act as mentor for associates in Tax and Retirement Analyst I and II positions. You will review the work of Tax and Retirement Analyst I associates for accuracy and completeness while providing constructive feedback and represent the Tax Department within the transfer agency on conversions, fund startups and regulatory projects.
