Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar public accounting role.
• Experience with tax notices, audits, appeals, and collections.
• CPA certification is highly desirable or obtainable.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients before IRS and state tax authorities.
• Assist with tax notices, audits, appeals, and payment arrangements.
• Prepare and review delinquent and amended tax returns.
• Develop resolution strategies and client relationships.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
