Job summary

Qualifications

  • Fifteen (15) years of public accounting tax experience, including 5 years in Tax Professional Practice Group.
  • Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm experience preferred.
  • CPA license required; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tax practice leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen the firm’s tax quality framework.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to advance Tax PPG quality capabilities through data analytics and continuous process improvement.
  • Drive adoption and integration of AI-enabled solutions within Tax PPG to identify practical use cases improving quality and efficiency.
  • Partner with Market Tax Leaders to promote initiatives and support remediation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the tax quality control (QC) inspection program, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and executive reports with real-time QC metrics and trends for leadership.
  • Present QC results and quality trends to leadership; advise on quality implications.
  • Support due diligence and integration of merged firms into the quality framework.
