Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing support to the Professional Development Manager and Staffing Partners.
• Maintain and update the Tax staffing log and generate reports.
• Administer the vacation policy for the Tax Group and coordinate coverage.
• Assist with integration of new Tax associates and lateral hires, including welcome memos and training planning.
• Organize materials for practice group review meetings and support talent management processes.
• Review lawyer time entries and assist with social events and other PD projects.
