Job summary
BDO USA is seeking an Engineering Director, Product Technical Lead to drive product engineering for cloud-based Tax solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams across architecture, design, and delivery, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality software for Partnership, Corporate, Indirect, and Strategic Tax Services.

Qualifications
- Five or more years in a leadership role managing development teams
- Experience delivering enterprise or SAAS products in tax or accounting
- Experience interacting with client business leaders and IT professionals
- Knowledge of software architecture and engineering principles
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technology strategy for cloud-based tax products within a DT&I portfolio
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams with governance, security, and global deployment
- Oversee product portfolios to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality
- Serve as technical architect for platform-level solutions and scalable architectures
- Stay abreast of AI, cloud, and data trends and assess applicability
