Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in tax preparation, preferably with a CPA license.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in tax preparation software, such as TurboTax or QuickBooks.
• A passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
