Jackson Hewitt - 3493 is seeking Experienced Tax Preparers to join our team. You will leverage your tax knowledge and customer service skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, delivering accurate returns and friendly service.

We offer flexible schedules, training and development, and opportunities for advancement within the organization. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn are required; prior experience with individual, trust, and/or partnership returns is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.
• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual, trust, and partnership tax returns.
• Provide exceptional client service and connect with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Support training and continuing tax education initiatives within the team.
