Distinct | North America is seeking a Tax Preparer in Edmond, OK to handle federal and state returns for individuals and privately owned businesses. You will engage with clients, gather necessary information, and progressively take on more responsibility as you grow within a collaborative CPA firm.

In this role you will work with various entity types and receive guidance from experienced professionals to understand the why behind tax practices as you expand client contact and ownership.

Formación

• Tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Communicate with clients to gather information.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across filings.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing federal and state returns for individuals and privately owned businesses.
• Working with partnerships, S corps, C corps and other entities, depending on experience.
• Organizing client information, spotting what's missing, and asking the right questions to keep things moving.
• Talking directly with clients to gather information and resolve routine tax issues.
• Supporting senior team members on more complex engagements and planning work.
