Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Williston, VT is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Support to help begin the tax interview by accurately entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.

You will also assist with closing the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the finished product with the client. You will ensure all clients receive superior service, perform bookkeeping procedures, and handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
