Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking an entry-level team member to assist with the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and to help assemble the return with the necessary signatures.

You will review the finished product with the client and complete bookkeeping procedures. This role emphasizes delivering superior service to all clients, supporting closing duties, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
