H&R Block, Inc. in Murfreesboro, NC is seeking an hourly Tax Interview Assistant to support our tax-season workflow and client service.

You’ll help begin interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program, and you’ll assist with closing interviews by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the finished product with the client. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, solid reading and math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
