Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a motivated Tax Support Associate in Madison Park, North Carolina. You will help begin tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and assist in assembling returns at closing.

You will review the finished product with clients, ensure superior service, and perform bookkeeping procedures as needed. Additional state and local requirements may apply; strong math and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
