Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Associate to support tax interviews at our Eleanor, West Virginia location.

You will help enter client and W-2 information into our tax program and assist with the closing steps, ensuring accuracy and client signatures are obtained. You’ll contribute to delivering superior service to all clients while following established procedures and completing bookkeeping tasks as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
