Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a detail-oriented associate to assist with tax interviews, entering client and W-2 data into the software and supporting the closing steps of the interview process. You will help assemble returns, obtain signatures, and ensure client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, effective communication, and the ability to handle bookkeeping steps as needed in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
