Requirements

✅ Job Requirements (Both Roles)

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check (required for e‑filing).
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) before filing returns (we will guide you through this process).
• Completion of LegacyBridge Training Program (training begins October 11, 2025).
• Comfortable using computers, email, and tax preparation software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially during peak tax season (January–April).
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain tax matters in simple terms.
