Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience in accounting firms, corporations, or law firms.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; CPA, EA, or JD/LLM license required or within one year of obtaining one.
• Experience in managing client portfolios and teams, with proven leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Korean, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex tax concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on corporate taxation, operating partnerships, and tax provisions, including ASC740 calculations and audits.
• Manage multiple client engagements, building strong client relationships and acting as the primary contact.
• Lead and oversee teams of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to project budgets.
• Contribute to market activities and business development initiatives.
