Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
• One year of experience performing registration related functions in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX).
• One year of experience researching, interpreting, and applying Florida tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Develops recommendations for and coordinates the implementation of specialized tax administration programs.
• Analyses tax program effectiveness and recommends policy or procedure changes.
• Consults with departmental and external personnel on technical administration policies and statutory issues.
• Coordinates and/or serves as a consultant in planning, conducting, and implementing conferences and training seminars.
