Job summary

My Financial Coach in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a tax planning coordinator to join the founding team. You will work alongside CFPs to explore tax strategies, run scenarios using Holistiplan, and assist with tax filings in ProConnect.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in tax filing, startup experience, and willingness to commute to our Phoenix office at least four days a week. Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 with potential company bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of experience working in a tax filing setting
• Experience filing business owner tax returns
• 1 year + experience with Intuit ProConnect
• Experience working in a start-up environment and wearing multiple hats
• Must be able to commute at least 4 times a week to our Phoenix office

Responsibilities

• Coordinate our clients with the tax team to explore different tax strategies
• Run scenarios using the Holistiplan software
• File taxes using Intuit ProConnect
• Be part of the founding team for the tax planning program and help grow it
