Qualifications

• Prior individual tax preparation experience is required.
• Experience with tax planning and client-facing tax consulting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Indiana tax regulations.
• CPA or EA designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual tax returns.
• Manage an active tax-season client workload.
• Provide year-round tax planning, projections, and strategic guidance.
• Assist clients with estimated tax payments, notices, and tax-related matters.
• Meet directly with clients to answer questions and provide recommendations.
• Partner with financial advisors to identify tax-saving opportunities and planning strategies.
