The successful candidate will combine deep technical tax expertise with relationship-building, business development, and firmwide leadership to shape client outcomes, support team development, and influence the long-term direction of the practice.

Formación

• 12+ years of leadership experience in a professional services firm.
• Active CPA with expertise in Tax.
• Proven track record in driving revenue and client growth.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished tax professional who can guide client strategy, drive growth, and strengthen a high-performing practice in the Miami market. The role combines deep technical tax expertise with relationship-building, business development, and firmwide leadership. The successful candidate will help shape client outcomes, support team development, and contribute to the long-term direction of the practice.

Location: Miami, FL

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually
