This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial practitioner to play a key role in a sophisticated and growing tax practice, advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border tax matters across a broad range of corporate transactions. They are looking for a candidate with an established book of portable business valued at over $500,000.

The successful candidate will counsel public and private companies, private equity and venture capital sponsors, investors, and emerging growth businesses on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and other strategic initiatives. The role offers a platform to build and expand a practice while collaborating closely with highly regarded corporate, private equity, technology, and life sciences teams.
