Tax Partner

Our client, a well‑established public accounting firm with 4 offices in New Jersey and 2 offices in Florida, is seeking a Tax Partner to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Help lead and manage the firm’s tax practice, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Oversee complex tax planning and compliance engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering proactive guidance on tax strategies, financial planning, and risk management.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Collaborate with other partners to set firm‑wide goals, drive business development, and promote growth initiatives.
