Centri is seeking a Tax Partner to lead the build out and growth of its Tax Advisory practice in the United States. You will develop and implement strategic plans and act as a trusted partner to clients while guiding a national team.

The role requires a CPA, 12+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership for business development, recruiting, and mentoring within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• CPA Certification is required.
• 12+ years of relevant technical experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Centri Brand by demonstrating thought leadership and supporting marketing and sales programs.
• Manage multiple engagements within the Tax Advisory practice, including planning, research, and tax provision implications.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of complex tax concepts to support firm initiatives and development opportunities.
• Complete tax diligence procedures and collaborate with M&A Advisory on financial due diligence.
• Evaluate opportunities for tax software implementation and tax automation efforts.
• Build national relationships to grow the Centri Brand and drive revenue.

This Tax Partner will lead the charge on the build out and growth of Centri's Tax Advisory practice by developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans in accordance with the firm’s mission and vision and the commitment to always act as a trusted partner to our clients

Core Responsibilities

• Elevate the Centri Brand by demonstrating thought leadership and embracing our marketing and sales programs
• Work with the team to manage multiple concurrent engagements within the Tax Advisory practice which provides a full spectrum of corporate tax services, including planning, research, and tax provision implications of our clients
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of complex Tax concepts to support Firm initiatives and development opportunities with internal knowledge sharing and panel discussions
• Complete tax diligence procedures and collaborate with Centri's M&A Advisory team on financial due diligence project
• Evaluate the opportunity for tax software implementation and tax automation efforts
• Build national relationships to further expand the Centri Brand in developing business and revenue for the Firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• CPA Certification required
• 12+ years of relative technical experience; professional services experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$255,000 - $375,000
