Qualifications

• CPA or JD required and strong experience with SMB clients, HNWI, and pass-through entities.
• Estate & Trust experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax practice as equity partner and member of leadership.
• Mentor teams and develop client relationships across SMB and pass-through entities.
• Contribute to growth strategy and equity upside for the firm.
• Serve Texas-based clients with cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid model.
