You will help ensure timely deliverables and a high level of service while leveraging technology-enabled processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and eager to learn new systems in a dynamic professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in administrative, client service, or professional services is preferred.
• Experience in accounting, tax, or financial services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and delivery of tax returns and client deliverables.
• Monitor workflow assignments and due dates for timely completion.
• Route and track work within firm workflow and document systems.
• Assist with client communications and onboarding activities.
