Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Tax Supervisor in the Credits, Incentives and Methods group to advise on revenue and expense recognition, accounting methods, and inventory management for middle-market clients. The role requires CPA eligibility and strong Excel skills, with on-site client work across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead AMP project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while supporting M&A diligence and technical memoranda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields or equivalent.
• CPA licensure eligibility or Bar exam eligibility by start date.
• Minimum four years of tax experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Proven ability to meet client service, quality, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage and review AMP projects with support from WNT specialists.
• Deliver AMP projects including 481(a) adjustments and tax provision impacts.
• Understand GAAP/IFRS and current financial accounting pronouncements.
• Review memoranda, tax opinions and IRS responses; respond to inquiries.
• Mentor and develop professionals through formal and informal methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues across lines of business for integrated client service.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver advisory engagements (AMP, FCI, TPS, E&E).
• Contribute as industry expert by staying current with regulation changes.
