RSM US LLP in Chicago is seeking an experienced tax professional to advise ultra-high net worth clients on wealth transfer, charitable and retirement planning, and complex estate and income tax compliance.
You will lead the engagement team focusing on fiduciary and estate tax engagements, collaborating with specialists on state, local and international taxation, and mentoring staff. A CPA license and 5+ years in public accounting are required.

Our Ultra High Net Worth Multi-Generational Families team focuses on post liquidity families and corporate executives who have or require complex estate and income tax planning and compliance. Our team of professionals take a holistic approach by simultaneously analyzing appropriate income tax, estate, gift, generation‑skipping, philanthropic, retirement and trust aspects of a client’s planning and compliance needs. We collaborate with our clients, including their attorneys, and other advisors, along with subject matter experts both within and outside RSM to achieve our clients’ goals.
Compensation Range: $95,400 - $180,400. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
