Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Senior Tax Manager with expertise in Trust & Estates to join our growing Florida team. You will lead tax planning and compliance for estates and trusts, perform in-depth tax research, and advise high-net-worth clients while growing our client base.

Located in South Florida, the firm offers hybrid/remote options, a competitive base salary and bonus, robust benefits, 401k matching, generous PTO, and ongoing education opportunities. CPA or LLM is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in public accounting tax role with estates and trusts.
• Experience with Form 706 and Form 709.
• CPA or LLM required.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning and compliance for estates and trusts.
• Perform tax research and preparation of estate/trust filings.
• Advise clients on tax strategies to minimize exposure.
• Develop and mentor junior staff and facilitate growth.
