Job summary

Wipfli Naperville seeks an experienced tax professional to lead complex real estate tax engagements and mentor a skilled team. You will advise clients on tax strategies, review returns, and collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of real estate and partnership taxation, a CPA/JD-LLM, and 5+ years in public accounting with strong client relationship skills. Amanda Feltner from Recruiting will guide you through the process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA or JD/LLM required.
  • 5+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting.
  • Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.

The estimated base pay range for this role is $113,000-$153,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
