The Tax Manager role centers on technical expertise, people management, and exceptional client service. You will review complex tax returns, manage engagements, and assist with business development while staying current on tax law changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business taxation at a Big 4 or large firm.
• Active CPA, JD/LLM, or EA; experience serving Asset Management clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed review and analysis of Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and FoF tax returns.
• May have people leadership responsibilities.
• Coordinate tax services and manage client relationships with the service team.
• Advise on planning, research, compliance, and tax M&A activities.
