Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive public accounting experience, with a focus on high-net-worth taxation.
• Proven track record managing, growing, and retaining a substantial client book.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex individual, trust, and fiduciary tax matters.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff supervision and mentorship.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to take over and retain an existing high-net-worth client base.

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of an existing $2 million+ book of business as a retiring partner transitions out.
• Review and oversee complex tax returns and planning for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for an established client base, strengthening and expanding those relationships.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services tailored to high-net-worth clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff, overseeing workflow and quality control.
• Collaborate with firm partners on client service strategy and practice growth.
