The role requires deep nonprofit taxation knowledge, client advisory skills, and leadership to mentor staff within a collaborative, growth-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of relevant tax experience, including complex filings.
• Strong knowledge of nonprofit, private foundation, fiduciary, and individual taxation.
• Experience with Form 990, 990-PF, 1040, 1041.
• CPA/EA/MST/JD/LLM/CTFA/AEP or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance & Advisory: manage and review returns for nonprofits, foundations, trusts, estates, and individuals.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with nonprofit orgs, families, and advisors.
• Leadership & Practice Development: mentor staff and improve tax workflows and processes.
