Weaver, a full-service national accounting, advisory and consulting firm, seeks a Tax Manager to join our California practice. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5+ years of federal tax compliance, planning and consulting in public accounting and able to mentor staff.

You will support leadership in business development and client service across multiple industries. We offer a compensation range of $125,000 to $191,000, plus health, dental, vision, disability, Life insurance, a 401(k), flexible

Qualifications

• CPA with 5+ years of public accounting experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting.
• Ability to mentor and develop a tax team.
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning and compliance engagements across multiple industries.
• Support leadership with business development and firm administration activities.
• Train and mentor less-experienced team members while delivering high-quality client service.
