You will lead and mentor a tax team, review filings for quality, and provide strategic planning solutions while staying current with tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in tax preparation.
• CPA license or eligible.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

Responsabilités

• Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Foster and develop client relationships and coordinate related filings.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Analyze structures for tax implications and ensure accurate filings.
• Provide strategic tax planning and estimated tax liabilities.
