Qualifications

5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations.
Oversee tax compliance, planning, projections, and related consulting engagements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and develop strong, long-term relationships.
Research and resolve complex federal, state, and local tax matters.
Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Manage multiple client engagements, budgets, timelines, and deadlines.
Review work prepared by seniors and staff and provide technical guidance.
Mentor, train, and develop junior team members.
Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners on client matters and business development initiatives.
