Job summary

Sorren, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Tax Senior to join our advisory practice. You will review complex individual, corporate, and partnership returns, provide strategic tax planning, and maintain client relationships.

You will supervise and mentor junior staff, ensure quality work, and stay current on tax law changes. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of tax experience, CPA eligibility, and a degree in accounting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in tax preparation.
• CPA license or eligible.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns; prepare highly complex returns as needed.
• Foster and develop meaningful client relationships, addressing tax issues and coordinating related entity filings.
• Perform detailed reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Research and document complex tax issues, presenting guidance and solutions.
• Communicate tax planning solutions with clients and other professionals involved in the client relationship.
