Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting or taxation.
• 5+ years progressive tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• CPA license required.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Research complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly in reports.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Support business development and client growth initiatives.
• Mentor and develop tax staff to build a high-performing team.
