GTM (Global Tax Management) is seeking a Tax Manager to lead client engagements across corporate federal and state income tax compliance, research, planning, and provision services. Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA desired but not required.
• Minimum 5 years corporate income tax experience.
• Knowledge ASC 740 and tax accrual calculations.
• Experience with tax software and online research tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 5-10%.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide project management and leadership of client tax engagements.
• Review consolidated and standalone corporate tax returns.
• Conduct federal and state tax research and draft memorandums.
• Advise clients on planning, compliance, and provision.
• Plan and direct tax projects across industries.
• Manage multiple client engagements from start to finish.
• Develop and mentor seniors and staff.
• Maintain active communication with clients and manage expectations.
