Job summary

Distinct | North America in Arlington, TX is seeking a Tax Manager to join a small CPA firm with a strong client focus. This hybrid role offers ownership of client relationships, oversight of complex returns, and mentoring junior staff.

You will review tax work, manage deadlines during peaks, and directly communicate with clients, while benefiting from a collaborative team and competitive compensation in the $125,000 to $150,000 range.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of tax experience at a CPA or public accounting firm.
• Comfortable reviewing returns, managing deadlines and developing junior staff.
• CPA or EA preferred.
• Experience with CCH Axcess, Lacerte or UltraTax is useful.

Responsibilities
