Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor to support its growing Regional Tax & Business Advisory firm. The role offers hybrid work with offices in Concord, Keene, and Lebanon, NH, and a salary range of $125,000 to $160,000 plus a strong bonus structure.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of public accounting and tax experience, are from a CPA firm, and may hold or be pursuing CPA certification. Candidates with management experience and no Big 4 background are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of Public Accounting & Tax experience.
• Must be coming from a CPA firm.
• Experience working with clients in multiple industries.
• CPA or CPA Candidate is strongly preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Not coming from a Big 4 firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering tax services through the regional Tax & Business Advisory firm.
• Support growth initiatives and participate in client engagements across multiple industries.

Position Overview

We are seeking to add a Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor to support our growing Regional Tax & Business Advisory firm. We have been in business for over 60+ years, headquartered in beautiful Concord, NH, and are a mid-sized firm that has grown 15% in the last year due to organic growth. We also have two other offices in the state and are continuing to grow throughout New England with both local & fully remote employees. We work with Big 4 level clients, but work to keep a family-like culture where our employees feel valued and are able to pursue career growth opportunities. We are looking to hire Future Leaders for our firm. Due to our continued growth we are excited to be adding an Audit/Assurance Senior to our team!
