Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; taxation courses preferred
• 2+ years of federal corporate/partnership tax experience
• Technical knowledge in fund taxation, derivatives, and international tax issues
• REIT tax experience highly preferred
• Tax Research
• CPA certification preferred but not mandatory
• Review of Workpapers by 3rd party
• Experience with IRS and SEC compliance, distribution calculations, and complex fund structures
