Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Tax Manager to join its Business Tax Services practice in Denver. The role focuses on tax compliance and advisory services for pass-through entities and partnerships within Asset Management clients, overseeing engagements and client relationships.

The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, advise on complex tax issues, and contribute to business development, while ensuring quality and adherence to budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pass-through and partnership tax experience in accounting, legal, or corporate environments.
• Licensed CPA/EA/JD/LLM or other approved credentials, with a 1-year window to obtain credentials if needed.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex information clearly.
