The role requires 5–10 years of tax experience, CPA eligibility, and deep knowledge of tax laws. You will oversee planning, risk assessment, and timely filing within a collaborative, growth-focused firm culture.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in tax preparation.
• CPA license or eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns; prepare highly complex returns as needed.
• Foster and develop meaningful client relationships, addressing tax issues and coordinating related entity filings.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Research and document complex tax issues; present guidance and solutions.
