Qualifications

• 5+ years of partnership tax experience.
• Big 4 / national public accounting or relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of Subchapter K and 704(b).
• Experience with complex partnership and investment structures.
• Strong Excel and tax modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex partnership allocations.
• Oversee distribution waterfalls and partnership economics.
• Work with new investments, restructurings and dispositions.
• Review partnership agreements and transaction documents.
• Improve and automate tax models and processes.
• Advise internal stakeholders on tax implications of transactions.
