Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Tax Manager to join its North America corporate tax team. You’ll own the income tax provision, compliance, and transfer pricing, while shaping AI-enabled tax workflows for data center expansion.

The role partners with accounting, finance, legal, and external advisors; a hands-on, collaborative tax professional will thrive here. CPA along with 6+ years of tax experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive corporate tax experience (Tax Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Tax Manager).
• Strong ASC 740 expertise and proven income tax provision experience.
• Solid corporate tax compliance across federal and state levels.
• Experience with transfer pricing and intercompany accounting.
• Familiarity with indirect taxes and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review income tax provisions under ASC 740, including current and deferred taxes.
• Manage US federal, state, and local corporate income tax compliance, returns, and estimates.
• Support intercompany transfer pricing processes and external advisor coordination.
• Assist with Canadian tax matters and cross‑border considerations.
• Oversee indirect taxes and ongoing incentive compliance for data center projects.
• Integrate AI into tax workflows and document positions in memos.
• Monitor regulatory developments; collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
