Job summary

CST Group is a growing CPA firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee business and individual tax engagements, provide strategic tax planning, and build strong client relationships.

The Tax Manager will work closely with firm leadership, mentor team members, and help drive exceptional client service in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA is preferred.
• 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical tax knowledge and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and client engagements.
• Leadership experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.

Responsibilities
