Tax Manager

This role provides broad ownership over tax compliance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a growing public company environment. You’ll partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external advisors to support compliance, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiency across the tax function. Responsibilities include

• Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance, including income, sales, and franchise tax filings.
• Oversee tax provisions, estimated payments, and coordination with external tax advisors.
• Monitor tax law changes and assess impact on company operations and reporting.
• Support tax audits and regulatory inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation and controls.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve tax processes, ensure compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.
