Springline Advisory, a fast-growing national accounting and advisory firm, seeks an experienced Tax Manager to lead complex tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses.

The role combines deep technical tax expertise with proactive advisory services, mentoring team members, and building strong client relationships while navigating multi-state taxation and wealth transfer strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Licensed CPA is required.
• At least five years of recent public accounting experience in tax.
• Significant experience serving high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses.
• Strong experience with complex individual (1040), partnership (1065), S-Corporation (1120S), trust (1041), and gift tax returns.
• Tax planning and consulting experience for business owners and HNW clients.
• Experience reviewing and mentoring staff.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. This role will lead complex tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements while building strong client relationships and mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical tax expertise with a proactive advisory mindset and a passion for helping clients navigate complex financial and tax matters.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses.
• Provide proactive tax planning, consulting, and advisory services to clients and business owners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted tax advisor.
• Conduct tax research and communicate recommendations on complex tax matters.

Required & Preferred Qualifications
